First off you will need to have XileRO installed. If you do not know how to do this, this is how you do it :

Download & Install (into the same directory) :

KRO - http://games.on.net/file/20601/Ragnarok ... ient_v0911
SAK - http://games.on.net/file/20602/Ragnarok ... ient_v0911

Then go here : http://xilero.net/ and download the - XileROPatchV4 28mbs - from the download section and install it with (same folder) your KRO and SAK. Once you're done installing the patch, run it and let it fully patch itself

When it is finished patching, download the VelociousRO Patch from below :

Download and install the patcher into your XileRO folder. Once installed go into the folder, run the VelociousRO patcher and let it patch fully. (For some of you, ShammyRO is no more,this is a completely new and untainted server)


Open and select VelociousRO, not VelociousRO_OLD and login. If you are having problems logging in, try renaming / deleting your data folder as VelociousRO does not need a data folder.
